The Young Ladies in the Industry: Music & Media Program is a month-long program for girls from ages 13- 18. Its inspiration began when we saw most of our inquiries we from young ladies aspiring to be apart of the music and media industries. Immediately we began to construct the best program possible that would develop young ladies professionally and mentally. In the Young Ladies in the industry: Music & Media Program, young ladies will spend 32 hours building bonds and most of all, themselves. The program ends with a LITI showcase competition that will give the young ladies an opportunity to receive a scholarship to either go towards their schooling or their craft. We are also awarding them with internship opportunities with major music and media companies to guarantee that work experience in their selected field.
